Very efficient - easy to make an appointment and friendly staff. They are excellent at explaining the process and sleep situations. Josh especially took extra time and care to really explain general sleep issues and concerns to me plus what they'd be looking for from the test and ways to move forward. He also was great at suggesting what test to move forward with and then explaining the results to me (we started with the 3-day in home test which I didn't even know existed before contacting them). I appreciated his positive approach to IF I had a sleep issue, what we could do about it (didn't mean CPAP!) and he really seems like he wants to help you get your best sleep. The other staff are also really friendly and great at communicating/explaining. Highly recommend!
