I had a mechanical/electronic malfunction in my machine and was able to drop off and pick up the new machine with convenience, and am about to try the new one this evening.
Josh has been supremely professional on all three visits I've had, and I appreciate his advice. 5 stars for Josh, and a tentative 4 for the machine.
