Fast, efficient, professional, informative, and most of all very comfortable! I'm generally never comfortable at doctors offices (or similar settings), but between the staff and the general feel, I enjoyed my experience from start to finish! I wanted to mention them both by name, but I'm blanking on both of them, sorry! The receptionist that greeted me was warm and receptive, very friendly and efficient in processing what was needed. The guy who did my initial interview did an excellent job of balancing efficiency and bedside manner. He got me in and out, but at no point did I feel rushed or like I couldn't ask questions. He gave me a lot of good knowledge and let me know what to expect in the near future and possible outcomes. Excellent job on both accounts!
