Once inside, I was greeted very warmly, and seen by the doctor in a very timely manner. Nothing to complain about the service I received; however, I was having a lot of trouble actually finding the place, so I tried to call the number provided in the reminder text, only to be sent to an automated system with no operator, due to my appointment being “outside of work hours”. Being that the reminder also included the fact that if I were to be 15 minutes late for my appointment, it would have been canceled with no refund, this caused me a non-zero amount of anxiety.
