I know quite a bit about good customer service especially when I don’t get it. However, not the case with you or your company. Thanks so much for you detailed explanation of everything and making me feel comfortable at my appointment. You did an excellent job and I was very impressed and I’l be glad to respond to your request. I’m glad I came to my friends appointment too!
